About Us

Preferred Home Watch & Concierge Service is owned and operated by the husband and wife team of Rita & Rocco Fiore. As corporate consultants in New Jersey they did a great deal of work in the customer service arena and know what it takes to produce results that delight their customers.

Rita C. Fiore

Rita's background is that of an entrepreneur. Rita has successfully owned and operated three diverse companies: a fruit and gift basket company, a commercial insurance agency and a management consulting firm. As a New Jersey Realtor, Rita also worked as a property manager for a large commercial builder.

Rita's responsibilities included all property management business relating to the tenants of eight commercial office buildings. Rita volunteers her time at Habitat for Humanity and is a member of her community Garden Club.

Rocco "Rock" Fiore

As a successful sales and marketing executive in the Computer Industry for over 20 years. Rock worked for industry leaders at McDonnel Douglas Systems Integration Company & Electric Data Systems (EDS). In his second career he provided Management & Organizational Development Consulting to Fortune 1000 companies.

Active in the community, Rock is a Board Member of The Rotary Club of Stuart-Sunrise. He recently received the 2006-2007 "Rotarian of the Year" Award. He also volunteers his time with Habitat for Humanity and is a local member of CERT (Community Emergency Response Team). Within his home community Rock has served as the Chairperson of the Security Committee and the Exercise Facility Committee for the Summerfield Homeowner's Association.
