For those months you are away, our weekly home inspections include a room to room check to ensure your home is safe and protected against storm and water damage, plumbing leaks, pests, and mold. We will be your eyes and ears while you are away.

as well. Most importantly we are licensed, bonded and insured!

	ü	Closing your home when you leave
	ü	Weekly Home Watch
	ü	Opening your home upon your return

		Closing your home:

	ü	Storing your patio furniture and grill, etc
	ü	Turing the water main off
	ü	Turn off the water heater and other non-needed appliances
	ü	Unplugging certain appliances and electronic equipment
	ü	Adjusting the humidistat and thermostat
	ü	Covering all your indoor furniture
	ü	Checking all windows and doors are locked
	ü	Adjusting the window blinds and coverings

		Basic Weekly Home Inspections Includes but is not limited to the following:

	ü	Check security of the home
	ü	Room to Room inspection
	ü	Check Air Conditioning & adjust temperature within the home
	ü	Check for water leaks
	ü	Check for pest infestation
	ü	Confirm pool service
	ü	Confirm lawn maintenance
	ü	Mail collection and forwarding
	ü	Be in communication with the home owner

		Opening your home:

	ü	Replace patio furniture and grill
	ü	Turn on the main water valve
	ü	Turn on the water heater
	ü	Plug in all appliances and electrical equipment
	ü	Adjusting the humidistat and thermostat
	ü	Uncover all your indoor furniture
	ü	Adjusting the window blinds and covering
