Preferred Home Watch & Concierge Service is owned & operated by the husband & wife team of Rita & Rocco Fiore.  As Corporate Consultants in New Jersey they did a great deal of work in the area of customer service and know what it takes to produce results that delight their customers.  Together they fill a distinct need for Home Watch & Concierge Services for Florida's seasonal residents. 

                           Rita Fiore   

Rita's background is that of an entrepreneur.  Rita has successfully owned & operated diverse companies ~  fruit & gift basket company, a commercial insurance agency, and  a  management consulting firm.  Her consulting was with top executives & leadership teams in both small companies and Fortune 500 companies. 

As a New Jersey Realtor, Rita also worked as a property manager for a large commercial builder.  Rita's responsibilities included all property business relating to eight large office buildings.

Rita is a member of the Woman's Council of Realtors and the Business Associates of Martin County (BAM). 

She also volunteers her time at Habitat for Humanity and the Summerfield Garden Club.  Rita was Chairperson of the Summerfield Garden Tour for four years which raised money for Habitat for Humanity of Martin County.   Rita is an avid tennis player.

                         Rocco 'Rock'  Fiore

As a successful sales & marketing executive in the computer industry, for over 20 years, Rock work for industry leaders McDonnell Douglas Systems Integration Company and Electronic Data Systems (EDS). 

In his second career as a Management / Organizational Development Consultant, Rock generated extraordinary outcomes and results for executive management teams of Fortune 1000 companies .

Active in his local community, Rock is Past-President and a Board Member of The Rotary Club of Stuart-Sunrise.  A Paul Harris Fellow, Rock was the recipient of the 2007 "Rotarian of the Year" award.  Rock is a member of the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Martin County and The ARC of Martin County.  He is an affiliate member of the Realtors Association of Martin County.

Within his home community, Rock is a trained CERT member, and Past-Chairperson of the Security committee.   He is an avid tennis player.
