Our Home Watch Service is custom designed for seasonal & year round residents, traveling professionals & world travelers.  Our clients are people who want "peace of mind" knowing their home & personal property are being cared for by responsible and reliable professionals.

Our goal is to ensure that your Florida home continues to be a pleasurable and worry free experience.  We will make sure your home is ready for you to enjoy upon your arrival.  We are also at your service when it is time for you to leave.

For those months you are away, our weekly home inspections include a room by room check to ensure your home is safe and protected against storm & water damage, plumbing leaks, pests and mold.  We will make sure your air conditioning is functioning properly and we will check to see that your landscaping and pool maintenance are being properly managed.  We do communicate with those service providers to make sure your home looks great and is well maintained.  We will be your eyes and ears while you are away.  Our clients can count on us to stay in communication with them as needed.

Our Concierge Services are personalized to fit each client's unique needs.  We can schedule and arrange for vendor services and estimates.  We will monitor their work and confirm the work has been completed as contracted.

We can have your home cleaned, windows cleaned ~ even shop for your groceries before you arrive.  We can make sure your car is serviced and cleaned waiting for you.  We can even decorate your home for the holidays before you arrive!

Any emergency service will be handled immediately and we can supply photos to you and/or your insurance company.
